  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local/Within City: 2–4 business days

  • Domestic (Within Country): 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
We may offer:

  • Free Shipping on orders above a certain amount

  • Special promotions or discounted shipping rates


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
Herblux Care is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Delays due to incomplete information

If you realize the address is incorrect, contact us immediately—changes can only be made before the order is shipped.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and products
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. International Shipping (Optional – Add if needed)

We currently ship to selected international locations.
Shipping fees, delivery times, and customs charges vary by country.

Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
