1. Returns
a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (choose timeframe).

Items must include proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
b. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used herbal products

Items purchased during clearance sales

Free gifts or promotional items
2. Refunds
a. Refund Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
b. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund is taking longer than expected:

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if:

They are defective

They are damaged during shipping

You received the wrong product
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You may be asked to share photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2–6 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), shipping is free.

For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
